Filled with flax, rice and herbs, its perfect for sore muscles, aching joints, arthritis pain and sports injuries. Our Relaxing Neck Cozy can be put in the microwave for soothing moist heat or in the freezer for a refreshing cold pack. Constructed with a cotton muslin inner pack and removable washable cover.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Heat in the microwave at 30 second intervals until warm, or freeze for 2 hours. Place warm neck cozy on neck and shoulders for soothing, moist, aromatic heat to help ease pain. Use cold to help reduce swelling and inflammation.
